Volume, surface, filter and how you sanitise. Not sure how many litres? It works them out from the size and shape.
How it works
Test, treat, retest
The assistant works through your water one step at a time, the way we do at the counter.
Free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, stabiliser and metals. Leave out anything you didn't test. It won't guess.
One product at a time, with the amount for your pool, from Waterwell's own instructions. Retest before the next step.
Free in store
Rather have us test it?
Bring a water sample to either of our Benoni stores. We test it for free and tell you exactly what your pool needs. Use a clean bottle, and take the water at elbow depth, away from the skimmer and the return jets.

Questions
About the pool water assistant
Is the pool water assistant free?
Yes. There's nothing to sign up for or install. It works on your phone or computer, in the browser.
Where are my results saved?
Only in the browser on the device you used. Nothing is sent to us unless you tap "Ask about this plan", which opens WhatsApp so you can send your plan to our team. You can also print your plan or download a backup.
Which products does it recommend?
Only Waterwell products, and only when your result calls for one. Each amount comes from Waterwell's own instructions, worked out for your pool's volume. The label on your container always comes first.
My pool is green. Where do I start?
On the assistant's home screen, choose "I have a problem", then green water. It takes you through the steps in order. If the water is very dark, or the pool hasn't run for weeks, a clean up by our service team is often quicker than chemicals alone.
Does it replace a proper water test?
It's only as good as the readings you put in. For an accurate test, bring a sample to our Rynfield or Brentwood Park store. It's free.
Swim more. Stress less.
Clear water, without the guesswork. Get your Waterwell products online, or pop into a store for a free water test.
