Are your stores open on weekends and public holidays?
Yes. Both stores are open 7 days a week: Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00, Saturday 8:00 to 14:00, Sunday and public holidays 9:00 to 14:00.
How do I return a product or claim on a warranty?
WhatsApp online support on 061 439 8356, or email [email protected], and send us your invoice. We arrange the return. Every warranty claim is tested by the manufacturer or its agent first. The details are in our refunds and returns policy.
